WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our gels, SMART gel polishes, top coats and base coats are made at 2 organic cosmetic factories in Nevada and California, USA 🇺🇸. Our air bits are manufactured in Germany 🇩🇪. Our boxes and bottles, SMART lamps, dust vacuums, and drill bits are manufactured at a premium facility in China 🇨🇳. Rather than provide untruthful information and pretend to produce these items in Japan or South Korea, we prioritize transparency and honesty regarding our sourcing. We stand by our commitment to quality with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This dedication to excellence is why we proudly refer to ourselves as “The Best.”

Yes, a 10% discount is available when entering a promo code. You can get your promo code from any one of our nail specialists, at any of our salons. Each nail specialist has their individual promo code that they will gladly share with you. We developed this partnership program to share 10% cash revenue from our nail products with our team, many of whom have been with us since the beginning of our story and have significantly participated in testing and perfecting our products. Thus, a 10% discount for you + a 10% income for a team member of your choice. Ask any nail specialist or manager for their individual promo code. You decide which team member makes 10% off your purchase + you get a 10% discount!
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY?
You may exchange or return your purchase for store credit within 30 days from the receipt of your original order by emailing us at help@thebestnailsusa.com with:
- Your receipt or proof of purchase
- E-mail address you used to place your original order
- Which salon closest to you do you prefer to ship/bring the product to?
- Which new item do you want us to ship to you in place of this one?
- If your item is defective, a video needs to be attached.
At this time, we are only able to offer exchanges or returns for store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds back to payment methods. If your item is defective, please contact help@thebestnailsusa.com with a video attached to your e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order.
A customer service representative from THE BEST NAILS USA will be in touch within 48 hours with your exchange approval and instructions on where to return your product.
Once you receive your approval, the product must be sent back to one of our salons in the USA. We recommend shipping or bringing the item to THE BEST NAILS salon closest to you. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. If you bring it back in person, it should be handed to the manager. The shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the item is defective.
The returned item must be in “LIKE NEW” condition. "LIKE NEW" means unused, undamaged, unaltered and sealed. Your item must be in the original packaging.
THE BEST NAILS USA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the returned merchandise is in “like new” condition. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
We recognize that exchanges are important to our customers, however, we do have a fraud analysis tool in place that detects unreasonable return patterns and products that have been tampered with. If such situations occur, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
